AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF A RO-RO CARGO VESSEL

 


Attica Holdings S.A (Attica Group) announces the agreement for the acquisition of the RoRo Cargo vessel Anglia Seaways from DFDS for a total cash consideration of Euro 12,050,000.

 

The vessel, built in 2000, has a freight capacity of 1,680 lane meters or 120 unaccompanied freight units.

 

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled no later than the 5th of July 2019.
