The 3,779,241 new (CB) shares of the company «TITAN  CEMENT  INTERNATIONAL S.A.» (BE0974338700) are admitted to trading on ATHEX, following the recent share capital increase through contribution in kind of the shares of "TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A.", following the squeeze-out process. On August 28, 2019, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 82,447,868 (CB) shares.
