FINANCIAL CALENDAR   2018

AS Company S.A, in order to provide accurate and timely information to investors and according to article 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, hereby releases its Financial Calendar for the year 2018. 

• Announcement of Annual Accounts (Financial Statements and Notes for the period 1/1-31/12/2017) available on the website of the Company (www.ascompany.gr) and on the Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr): Friday 27 April, 2018
• Briefing of the analysts , regarding the 2017 financial results  on  Wednesday 23 May 2018 released on the web site www.ascompany.gr ( clarifications regarding the financial results will be provided on the same date  10:00 until 16:00 , telephone contact 0030 2310572000 )
• Annual General Assembly of Shareholders: Thursday 21 June, 2018.
• Half Year 2018 Financial Results released on the web site www.ascompany.gr and on the  Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr): Friday 28 September  2018

The Company`s Board of Directors intends to propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2017 at the Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders.

The results will be released after the end of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session on the Company`s web site ( www.ascompany.gr )

The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates after informing the investors for the amendment of the present.
