KARATZIS S.A., in accordance with the articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, announces to the investors the Financial Calendar for the year 2019.

1) The results for the fiscal year 2018 will be available in the Company's website (www.karatzis.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Tuesday, 30th of April 2019.

2) The Annual General Assembly of the shareholders will be held on Saturday, 8th of June 2019.

3) The results for the first half 2019 will be available in the Company's website (www.karatzis.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Monday, 30th of September 2019.

In case the General Assembly of the shareholders decides the payment of dividend FY 2018 or in case of any other change in the Financial Calendar, the Company will promptly inform the investors with a new announcement.
