Announcement for the registration of Titan Cement International SA as holder of ordinary and preference shares issued by TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A.

In accordance with article 27, par. 6 of Law 3461/2006, TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (“ΤΙΤΑΝ”) announces further to the notification made to it by the ATHEXCSD S.A. on 23 August 2019, that, on 23 August 2019, η Titan Cement International SA (“TCI”) was registered as holder of the aggregate 4,629,754 ordinary and preference shares issued by ΤΙΤΑΝ, which TCI acquired pursuant to its squeeze-out right under article 27 of Law 3461/2006.

Following the above, TCI holds all (100%) the ordinary and preference shares issued by ΤΙΤΑΝ.
