Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to the L.3556

Pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 and following a relevant notification received on August 10^th 2017 by Brandes Investment Partners L.P., the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors' community that the total indirect percentage held by the shareholders on the Company's voting rights decreased below the 5% threshold on August 4^th 2017 and reached the level of 4.977% (or 1,731,291 voting rights).
