The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on April 18, 2018:

- through Euroxx Securities 45,500 own shares with an average price of €1.193 per share and a total purchase price €54,282.00 and

- through NBG Securities 31,721 own shares with an average price of €1.196 per share and a total purchase price €37,924.99.
