The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on April 24, 2018 through NBG Securities 51,318 own shares with an average price of €1.189 per share and a total purchase price €61,006.14.
