(the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on April 16, 2018 500 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 10,575.00 and on April 17, 2018 1,134 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 24,002.40.
