Announcement regarding the share capital and number of shares.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A., according to article 9 par. 5 of Law 3556/2007, and following the distribution of new shares on June 18th 2018 due to a stock split, announces that the Company's share capital now amounts to 54,504,437.52 euro and is divided into 69,877,484 common registered shares of nominal value 0.78 euro each.
