AS Company S.A. announces that the Board of Directors on the meeting held on 21/2/2018, decided to proceed with the autonomous presence of the company in the Romanian market, by establishing a subsidiary, with 100% equity participation by AS Company SA.

The establishment of the subsidiary company in Romania is included in the general plan of AS Company S.A. for expansion in the Balkan market. After the establishment of the Romanian subsidiary, the company will own two subsidiaries operating outside Greece. After the completion of the establishment of the subsidiary, which is expected to be completed until end of April 2018, the company will proceed to a further announcement.
