Approval of the new financing from the Board of Directors of the Black Sea Trade & Development Bank

Following the relevant 5.4.2019 announcement, PPC S.A. announces that on 19.4.2019, the Board of Directors of Black Sea Trade and Development Bank approved the new financing of EUR 160 mn to PPC S.A.
