Announcement

Commenting on today's electronic press article, PPC S.A. announces that after the transfer of 34% of its shares from the Greek State to HCAP, the Article 49A of the Parliament's Regulation concerning the election of the Chairman or Chief Executive Officer of PPC S.A. is no longer applicable. Besides, this process was also followed in the case of Mr. Panagiotakis' re-election in 2018.
