Consolidated Report on payments to governments

 (according to article 6, L.3556/2007, as in force)

The ELLAKTOR Group announces, according to the provisions of article 6 of Law 3556/2007, as in force, that due to subsidiaries mining activities for quarry products, has paid to the Greek Government within the Fiscal Year which ended on 31.12.2016, the amount of euro 596 th.

The above amount concerns payments for:

a. Lease payments for quarries, euro 147 th., and                                                             

b. Duties for aggregates of quarries, euro 449 th.

The breakdown of payments by entity is:                                                         

a. HELLENIC QUARRIES SA, euro 497 th., and                                   

b. DI-LITHOS SA, euro 99 th.
