According to Law 3556/2007 and the relevant applicable decisions of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Committee, TERNA ENERGY S.A. announces that on 19/1/2018 it received a Notification Form from the company York Capital Management Global Advisors, LLC, which the latter submitted on behalf of the company York Global Finance Offshore BDH (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l., regarding the lending of shares and voting rights in issuer TERNA ENERGY S.A.

According to the above mentioned notification, the company York Global Finance Offshore BDH (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l., is a 100% subsidiary of York Global Finance Offshore BDH LLC, the senior managing member of which is the company York Global Finance Μanager LLC, which in turn is controlled by York Capital Management  Global Advisors, LLC.

More specifically, the above mentioned company notified TERNA ENERGY that on 16/1/2018  York Global Finance Offshore BDH (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l. has lent nine million five hundred thousand (9,500,000) shares and voting rights in the Issuer and there  was a change in the voting rights as follows:

Date of transaction on which the percentage of voting rights decreased below 5%: January 16, 2018

Situation previous to the triggering transaction: 9.3965% of the total voting shares of the company TERNA ENERGY SA. 

Situation after the triggering transaction: 0.7060% of the total voting shares of the company TERNA ENERGY SA.

Simultaneously, York Global Finance Offshore BDH (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l. acquired a financial instrument (right of return of the lent shares) for the acquisition of an equal number of shares in the issuer within three (3) months as of 16/1/2018.
