SFAKIANAKIS S.A. informs the investing public that following the signing of the new loan agreement (29/5/2018) and awaiting the implementation of the last prerequisites for the disbursement, that is the completion of the share capital increase and the registration of all the underwritings in company's properties, bondholders have positively responded to the proposal to extend the existing loan agreements till 30/9/2018.
