Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces the Financial Calendar for 2019:

• Release of Fiscal Year 2018 results:                                   Monday 18 March 2019
• Release of First Quarter 2019 results:                              Monday 20 May 2019
• Annual General Meeting of shareholders:                    Thursday 30 May 2019
• Dividend beneficiaries – Record date (*):                      Thursday 6 June 2019

Concerning the futures traded in the Athens Exchange derivatives market: if a dividend is declared, the ex-date (Wednesday 5 June 2019) is: a) before the expiration, on 21 June 2019 of the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which ATHEX (stock symbol: EXAE) is a component stock) and b) before the expiration, on 21 June 2019 of the future with the ATHEX share as the underlying security.

• Dividend payment date (*):                                                 Wednesday 12 June 2019
• Release of Six Month 2019 results:                                   Monday 29 July 2019
• Release of Nine Month 2019 results:                               Monday 25 November 2019

(*)        The distribution of dividend and the abovementioned relevant dates are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

Any dividend declared for fiscal year 2018 will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced later) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The annual meeting with analysts to present the 2018 financial results will take place on Tuesday 19 March 2019.

The results for each period will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.athexgroup.gr).
