According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces to the investing community the financial calendar, as follows:

1.    The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 22, 2018.

2.    The FY 2017 Financial Statements as well as the Consolidated Financial Statements will be released to the Athens Exchange on Monday, April 30, 2018, and will be published on the company's website on the same day, after the ASE's end of trading.

3.    The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2017 results will take place on May 2^nd 2018, via a teleconference.

4.    The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2017.
