- Announcement of Annual Financial Statements and Annual Financial Report for fiscal year 2018: Friday, 19 April 2019

- Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders: Wednesday, 5 June 2019

The Company¶s Board of Directors is going to propose to the Annual Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders the non distribution of dividend for fiscal year 2018.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the investing public by amending the present, as defined in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
