In accordance with article 4 par.4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, concerning companies with shares listed in the Large Capitalization Category, and as regards to the Corporate Actions Schedule, J&P-AVAX S.A. informs you the following:

a) the announcement of the 2017 Annual Financial Results will take place on Monday, April 30 2018.

b)    the annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2017 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Wednesday, May 09  2018.

c)     the company's Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place, on Thursday, June 28 2018.

d)     the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2017.
