Hellenic Exchanges – Athens Stock Exchange (stock symbol: EXAE) informs investors that on 26.07.2017 the cancellation of 4,769,563 shares in treasury stock possessed by the Company was completed, in implementation of the relevant decision taken by the 1^st Repetitive General Meeting of shareholders on 09.06.2017.

Following the abovementioned cancellation, the Company directly possesses 251,000 shares corresponding to an equal number of voting rights out of a total of 60,599,000 common registered shares outstanding, corresponding to 0.41% of its share capital, compared to 7.68% of its share capital (i.e. 5,020,563 shares and voting rights out of a total of 65,368,563 shares) possessed before the cancellation.
