NIREUS AQUACULTURE  S.A in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), following relating information,  notifies that Mrs Soultana Belle related legal person with a liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, as the spouse of Aristeides Belles  (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Non-Executive Member), proceeded on August 14 and 16, 2017 to the sale of 63.335 and 100.000 common registered voting shares respectively of  total net value of 18.285,92 euro and 28.966,86 euro respectively.
