The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (A'-66), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005, as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (A'-279), will participate in the is going to participate in the open electronic competition of the Ministry of Interior / Hellenic Police Headquarters for the supply of "Vehicles of the Hellenic Police" and in particular for the following subspecies: "Sub-type A": one hundred and twenty (120) SUVs, "Sub-type B": forty one (41) vehicles for the transport of less than 10 persons, "Sub-type C": fifteen (15) special purpose vehicles, "Sub-type D": fifty six (56) motorcycles", "Sub-type E": two hundred sixty four (264) passenger cars", according to no. 9/2018 Invitation, closing date for submission of tenders on 07.05.2018, as well as any postponement of the date of execution or repeat of the competition.

It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
