PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 6^th December 2017, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 5,000 common  and 1,000 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 19.89  for the common and euro 15.00 for preference share  and a total purchase price of Euro 99,465.00 and Euro 14,995.69 respectively, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17^th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
