PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 22^nd February 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 850 preference  own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 18.12 and a total purchase price of Euro 15,399.80, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution
