RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION

The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A, with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on October 18^th 2017, 4.000 common nominal shares at a total value of 71.200,00 Euro and on October 19^th 2017, 3.000 common nominal shares at a total value of 53.280,00 Euro. These transactions were notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005.
