The company “TERNA ENERGY S.A.” announces that, according to the article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Committee, Mr. George Peristeris, shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (Obligated Person, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014) proceeded to the sale of 2,500,000 common nominal shares on January 19, 2018, at the total value of 10,875,000 €.

The transaction was made as part of the sale of 12,000,000 Company's common registered shares to selected investors in Greece and abroad, by way of private placement through an accelerated book building process.

Following the above transaction Mr. G. Peristeris holds at TERNA ENERGY SA 24,481,012 shares and equal voting rights, thus a percentage of 22.3950% compared to 24.6820% prior to the transaction.
