Signing of Agreement for the acquisition of EDS Group

PPC S.A. announces that the Agreement for the acquisition of 100% of EDS and its subsidiaries in Southeast Europe was signed today for a total amount of € 4.8 mln.

Following today's signing of the purchase agreement, the final transfer of the company will take place after the completion of certain formalities and procedures.
