EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A. announces the following:

Mr. Theodoros Pantalakis, independent, non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the company EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A. (“obliged person” according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) announces, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, in combination with the provisions of article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, that through the affiliated legal person APOLLONIOS KYKLOS SA:

1. he sold 7,510 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A., of a total value of Euro 12,316.40 on 13.12.2018 and
2. he sold 13,843 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A., of a total value of Euro 22,452.38 on 14.12.2018.
