Continuation of the suspension of trading of the shares of "NAYTEMPORIKI PUBLISHING S.A." & "PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A."  

 

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, further to the ATHEX announcement of October 3rd, 2017, the suspension of trading placed on the shares of "NAYTEMPORIKI PUBLISHING S.A." and "PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A." continues, in line with par.1, art.17, Law 3371/2005, until the aforementioned companies publish their financial reports for the period 01.01.2017 - 30.06.2017, according to the provisions of Law 3556/2017.

The suspension is deemed necessary for the protection of investors and for the smooth operation of the market.
