INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. - PRICE FLUCTUATION LIMITS OF 17.10.2017

As of October 17, 2017, the shares of the company "INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. TECHNICAL & STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS" (GRS432003028) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 25,397,630 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.40 per share. The rights' trading period is set from October 20, 2017 to October 31, 2017, included. The rights' subscription period is set from October 20, 2017 to November 03, 2017, included.

It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on October 17, 2017, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (16/10/2017): € 2.05 and -30% at the adjusted share price: € 0.675.

Adjusted share price: € 0.675

Closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (16/10/2017): € 2.05

Maximum Trading limit +30% : € 2.66

Minimum Trading limit  -30%  : € 0.473

According to the above, and taking into consideration that in the system ΟΑΣΗΣ (the Advanced Electronic & Automated System for Securities Trading of ATHEX) the start share price - in this case - is the adjusted share price, the maximum and minimum trading limits are formed as follows:
