As of May 20, 2019, the shares of the bank "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A." (GRS323003012) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the right to participate in the share capital increase due to the merger by acquisition of the listed company "GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C.". The shares΄ exchange ratios are the following: i) each shareholder of the company "GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." exchanges each 1 (CR) share held with 15.80000000414930  new (CR) shares of the bank "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A.", ii) the shareholders of the bank "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A." retain the number of shares held.

It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the Athens Exchange BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session of May 20, 2019, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the Athens Exchange last trading session (17/05/2019): €0.7190 and -30% at the adjusted share price: €0.7160.

Closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (17/05/2019): € 0.7190

Maximum Trading limit +30% : € 0.9345

Minimum Trading limit  -30%  : € 0.5015

According to the above, and taking into consideration that in the system ΟΑΣΗΣ (the Advanced Electronic & Automated System for Securities Trading of ATHEX) the start share price - in this case - is the adjusted share price, the maximum and minimum trading limits are formed as follows:
