Monday, April 15, 2019 (after the close of the ATHEX trading session): Release on the ATHEX website (www.helex.gr), the electronic press and posted on the company's website (www.intralot.com) of the Full Year 2018 Financial Statements.

Tuesday, April 16, 2019: The annual briefing of analysts & institutional investors on the company's financial results.

Tuesday, June 25, 2019: Annual General Shareholder's Meeting.

The Company will propose to the Annual General Shareholder's Meeting the non-distribution of a dividend for fiscal year 2018.

The Company reserves the right to change the date of the Annual General Shareholder's Meeting and informing the investment public by amending this document.
