Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that on Thursday, February 1st, 2018, the following will be implemented:

• Commencement of trading of the 273,961,959 new common bearer shares of "HALCOR S.A." (ISIN:GRS281101006), which resulted from the share capital increase of the company realized due to the merger by acquisition of the non-listed company "ELVAL S.A.", according to the following shares΄ exchange ratios: a) the shareholders of "HALCOR S.A." retain the number of shares held, with a new par value of €0.39 per share, b) each shareholder of "ELVAL S.A." exchanges each 0.0987220346164922 share held, of par value of €3.91 per share, with 1 new common bearer share of "HALCOR S.A.", of new par value of €0.39 per share.

As of the same date, the name of "HALCOR S.A." will change to "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." and of its distinctive title to "ELVALHALCOR S.A.".

• Commencement of trading of 313,278 new common registered shares of "FOURLIS S.A." (ISIN:GRS096003009), which resulted from the share capital increase through the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan.
