CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital increase and decrease - equal in amount - of the company "LOULIS MILLS S.A." (GRS117123000), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of € 0.94 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of € 0.06 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

The trading of the 560,549 own (CR) shares of the company "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." (GRS065003006) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On July 09, 2018, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 50,236,820 (CR) shares.

SHARES' FORCED SALES

According to the decision 128/21.05.2018 of the Capital Market Commission, the following shares will be auctioned:

• 6,140 (CB) shares of the company «VIOHALCO SA/NV» (BE0974271034).

• 5,250 (CR) shares of the company «MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS.A.» (GRS393503008).

• 500 (CR) shares of the company «GREEK ORGANISATION OF FOOTBALL PROGNOSTICS S.A.» (GRS419003009).

• 1,400 (CR) shares of the company « «FOURLIS S.A.» (GRS096003009).

• 86 (CR) shares of the company « «NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.» (GRS003003027).

• 3,000 (CR) shares of the company « «INTRALOT S.A.» (GRS343313003).

• 192 (CR) shares of the company « «ALPHA BANK Α.Ε.» (GRS015003007).

• 300 (CR) shares of the company « «ATHENS WATER SUPPLY & SEWAGE Co.» (GRS359353000).

The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus three percent (-3%) of the closing price of the share on July 6, 2018.

CASH DISTRIBUTION

The shares of the company "ELTON S.A." (GRS397003005) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2017, amounting to €0.04 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.034 per share).
