CORPORATE ACTIONS

The trading of the 50,236,820 (CR) shares of the company "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." (GRS065003006), (par value of €0.31 per share) is suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 25,118,410 new (CR) shares (par value of €0.62 per share), which resulted from the recent Reverse share Split. The start date of trading of the new shares, with final par value of €0.62 per share - following the further increase and decrease in share par value - and with adjusted start share price of €0.8040 is set at July 13, 2018.
