On September 10, 2018, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 133,000,000 (CR) shares with new par value of €0.50 (from €1.41) per share.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." (GRS065003014), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €0.61 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.01 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
