CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital decrease of the company "PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A." (GRS434003000), the shares of the latter: a) do not incorporate the entitlement to the capital return through distribution in kind to the shareholders of the same company, of the shares of the newly formed company "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A.", in terms of 1 share of "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." for each 1 share of "PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A.", b) have a new par value of €2.48 per share (from €4.60 per share), and c) are suspended from trading on ATHEX. The resumption of trading of the shares of "PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A." with the new par value is June 19, 2017, which is also the date on which its shareholders obtain the shares of  "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A.".

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "AUTOHELLAS S.A." (GRS337003008) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the dividend for the fiscal year 2016, amounting to €0.85 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.7225 per share).
