CORPORATE ACTIONS

The shares of the company "INTRACOM S.A. HOLDINGS" (GRS087003000), are traded on the ATHEX ex-bonus in terms of 1 new (CR) share for every 7 old (CR) shares held. The start date of trading of the new 9,500,000 (CR) bonus shares is set on September 20, 2018.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "XAIDEMENOS S.A." (GRS350263000), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €1.16 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of  €0.02 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.   

FORCED SALES

According to the decision 130/04.06.2018 of the Capital Market Commission, 5,325 (CR) shares of the bank "BANK OF GREECE" (GRS004013009) will be auctioned. The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus three percent (-3%) of the closing price of the share on September 14, 2018.
