CORPORATE ACTIONS

The shares of the company "INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. TECHNICAL & STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS" (GRS432003028) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 25,397,630 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.40 per share. The rights' trading period is set from October 20, 2017 to October 31, 2017, included. The rights' subscription period is set from October 20, 2017 to November 03, 2017, included. It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on October 17, 2017, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (16/10/2017): €2.05 and -30% at the adjusted share price: €0.675.

The 24,684 new (CR) shares of the Company ‘FORTHNET S.A.' (GRS406003004) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the conversion of 24,684 bonds, at a conversion price of €0.30 per share. On October 17, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 110,147,660 (CR) shares and the total number of the company's listed bonds amounts to 233,698,458 bonds, convertible to (CR) shares.
