CORPORATE ACTIONS

The shares of the bank "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A." (GRS323003012) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the right to participate in the share capital increase due to the merger by acquisition of the listed company "GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C.". The shares΄ exchange ratios are the following: i) each shareholder of the company "GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." exchanges each 1 (CR) share held with 15.80000000414930  new (CR) shares of the bank "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A.", ii) the shareholders of the bank "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A." retain the number of shares held.

It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the Athens Exchange BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session of May 20, 2019, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the Athens Exchange last trading session (17/05/2019): €0.7190 and -30% at the adjusted share price: €0.7160.

The trading of the shares of the company "GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." (GRS491003000) ceases due to the merger by acquisition from the bank "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A.", following the decisions of the companies' General Meetings and the relevant decision 1554816/17.05.2019 of the Ministry of Economy & Development, for the deletion of "GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." from the General Commercial Register.

According to the decision 160/06.05.2019 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, 10,265 (CR) shares of the company "INTRACOM S.A. HOLDINGS" (GRS087003000) will be auctioned.

CASH DISTRIBUTION

The shares of the company "AUTOHELLAS S.A." (GRS337003008) are traded on the Athens Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2018, amounting to €1.50 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €1.35 per share).

The Athens Stock Exchange announces the changes that will be implemented in the composition of the ATHEX Stock Market Indices regarding the merger by absorption of the company «GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C.» by «EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A.».

The shares of the company «GRIVALIA PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE AGENCY» are removed from the index and are replaced by the shares of the company «REDS S.A.» with investability weight 28% and capping factor 1.0.

The shares of the company «REDS S.A.» are removed from the index and are replaced by the shares of the company «KORDELLOS CH. BROS S.A.» with investability weight 16%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap Index

The shares of the company «GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C» are removed from the index and are replaced by the shares of the company «CENERGY HOLDINGS S.A.» with investability weight 19%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap Net Total Return Index

The shares of the company «GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C» are removed from the index and are replaced by the shares of the company «CENERGY HOLDINGS S.A.» with investability weight 19%.

The shares of the company «CENERGY HOLDINGS S.A.»  are removed from the index and are replaced by the shares of the company «PAPOUTSANIS S.A.» with investability weight 33%.
