CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital increase and decrease ? equal in amount - of the company «TERNA ENERGY S.A.» (GRS496003005), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.30 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.05 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.   

CHANGE OF TRADING CATEGORY

According to the Decision of the Market Operations Steering Committee and following the implementation of the ATHEX Rulebook, the shares of the company «F.H.L. I. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES - GRANITES S.A.» (GRS309003002) are transferred to the Low Dispersion Category.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF ATHEX INDICES

Due to the transfer of trading of the shares of the company «F.H.L. I. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES - GRANITES S.A.»  to the ATHEX «Low Dispersion» category, the following changes will take place in the composition of the indices that the shares of the company participate.

In detail:

• ATHEX Composite Price Index

The shares of the company «F.H.L. H. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES - GRANITES S.A.» will be removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.» with investability weight of 39%.

• ATHEX Composite Total Return Price Index 

The shares of the company «F.H.L. H. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES - GRANITES S.A.» will be removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.» with investability weight of 39%.

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index 

The shares of the company «INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.» will be removed from without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Factor Weight Index

The shares of the company «F.H.L. H. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES - GRANITES S.A.» will be removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «QUEST HOLDINGS S.A.» with investability weight of 26%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index

The shares of the company «F.H.L. H. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES - GRANITES S.A.» will be removed from the index without immediate replacement.
