The 6,818,181 new (CR) shares of the bank ‘ALPHA BANK A.E.' (GRS015003007) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the conversion of bonds, at a conversion price of € 22.00 per share. On April 18, 2017, the total number of the bank's listed shares amounts to 1,543,699,381 new (CR) shares.
